Job Description
- Proficient in basic computer skills, including the use of inventory management software.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25kgs) and work in a physically demanding environment. ( Male )
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including nights and weekends as needed.
The Inventory and Logistic Assistant will assist in the day-to-day operations of our store facility, be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the store by handling the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, as well as maintaining accurate inventory records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and unloading goods from incoming shipments and ensuring accurate recording of received items.
- Packing and shipping outgoing orders to customers and ensuring timely delivery.
- Operating and maintaining warehouse equipment.
- Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment, including sweeping, mopping, and taking out trash.
- Performing regular inventory checks and reconciling discrepancies as needed.
- Preparing reports , supporting documents on inventory levels, orders, and shipments as needed.
- Collaborating with warehouse and logistics team members to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Complying with safety, health, and environmental standards and regulations.
- Performing other duties as assigned by the Manager or Superior.
- Support other related company when necessary.
- Basic Salary : RM2,000 - RM2,500
- Meal allowance : RM200
- 3 months probationary period
- Free blood test worth RM800 x 1 , RM2500 health product redemption
- Monday - Friday ( 9.30am - 5.30pm)
- Saturday ( 9.30am - 1.30pm)
