Title :Logistic Asst

Working Days : 5days

Nature of Business: Logistic Shipping Company

Location : Tmn Molek, JB

- Daily update agencies stock inventory for Namsung & Emirates

-Send inventory report to line principal if needed

-Release CRO and create booking in JCTS

-Manage stock inventory for Namsungline & Emirates line

-Daily reply and assist customer query in email regarding logistic matter and solving customer issues

-Liaise with depo if problem relates to container release /return from/to customer

-Create & provide loading list to vessel operator for Namsung & Emirates once request by VO

-Submit K4 & K5 in Dagangnet depend on vessel, submit DG if any

-Manage & monitor MNR job for principal if customer not agree with the charges applied to them

-Verify stevedore invoice receive from terminal

-Verify and check depo invoice (lolo.mnr, storage.etc)

-Create invoice for forwarding custom clearance and haulage DN if needed

-Min Diploma or higher

-Able to communicate with different level of people

-Able to multitask and willing to learn

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

Work Location: In person
