Assist in preparing commercial responses/submissions for all tenders and bid opportunities.
Fully understand the solution portfolio; collaborate with Product Team and Sales Team to ensure comprehensive and competitive solutions are proposed to customers.
Manage information and gather data to capture business requirements, service needs, and project scope. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support in quoting competitive rates to secure new business and maintain existing customer relationships.
Collaborate with Key Account Manager / Business Development Manager to prospect, close, and expand customer base.
Manage bid submissions, coordinate pricing, and collaborate with team members to prepare proposals/quotations for customers.
Attend to rate requests, closely follow opportunities, and ensure timely and high-quality proposal submissions.
Utilize various tools including MS Excel, PowerPoint, and others for reporting and communication purposes.
Provide progress updates and reports to management.
ResponsibilitiesQualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in bid coordination, proposal development, or similar role.
Strong understanding of commercial processes and ability to work effectively under pressure. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
