1. To responsible of orders received through email or WhatsApp submit by sales personal or KL branch.
2. To prepare Invoices/Delivery Orders for daily deliveries via Microsoft Dynamic AX System.
3. To prepare for trip arrangement for deliveries, ie prepare shipment schedule, gate pass & other deliveries documents to store dept on stipulated time.
4. To liaise with drivers on all delivery matters.
5. To co-ordinate with salesperson on all delivery/order matters.
6. To ensure proper & systematic filing on all delivery documents, invoices & credit notes etc.
7. To follow up on all delivered documents on stipulated time.
8. To prepare Delivery Order & Transfer Note for intercompany stock transfer.
9. To issue Purchase Requisition via Microsoft Dynamic AX System.
10. To prepare stock check report by 1st each month.
11. Any other duties that may assign from time to time.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE REQUIRED: -
1. Computer Literate - Basic understanding in Ms Excel, Ms Word & Microsoft Dynamic AX System
2. Able to speak & write in English & Malay.
3. Good team player.
4. Good communication skills.
5. Able to work under tight schedule.
