Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Coordinate the shipment of goods, including preparing shipping documents, scheduling pickups, and tracking deliveries. Communicate with logistics carriers, suppliers to obtain necessary information and resolve any shipping-related issues. Collaborate with internal teams, such as procurement, planner, sales and warehouse to ensure timely order processing and shipment readiness. Monitor and maintain transportation and logistics-related databases and systems. Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company policies. Prepare and submit monthly report on incoming/ Outgoing to Custom department. Prepare receiving documents such as photocopy, filling and scanning. Prepare reports required by superior. Verify and submit billing invoices.

Requirements & Qualification:



SPM, Diploma / Bachelor's degree majoring in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or international trade. Good communication skills, able to work independently and under pressure. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Melayu & Mandarin.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
