Logistic Coordinator

to support and coordinate our daily logistics and transportation activities.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily transportation and delivery schedules Arrange vehicle dispatch, route planning, and delivery timelines Liaise with drivers, vendors, suppliers, and customers on logistics matters Prepare and manage delivery orders, invoices, and logistics documents Monitor shipment status and resolve any delivery or operational issues Maintain accurate records of logistics activities and inventory movement Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulations Support warehouse and operations teams when required Handle ad-hoc logistics tasks assigned by management

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics or coordination role (fresh graduates may apply) Good communication and coordination skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) Knowledge of local transport and logistics operations is an advantage Responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive attitude
