Jobscope:

Handle all import and export shipments, including booking, documentation, and coordination with freight forwarders and customs agents Prepare and review shipping documents (e.g., commercial invoices, packing lists, BL, COO) Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve shipping issues or delays Ensure compliance with LMW requirements and maintain accurate documentation for customs audit Coordinate with customs officers for inspections and compliance matters Maintain proper records for all government submissions and approvals Assist in preparing shipping cost reports and logistics performance tracking Perform other tasks as assigned by the superior.

Qualification

Minimum education level: SPM. Fresh grads are welcome to apply

Skills

Good written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia are preferable. Basic skills on Microsoft Office
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
