Logistic Coordinator

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


1. Perform daily inspection of company vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition and compliant with safety standards.
2. Assist in handling workshop operations, including coordination with mechanics, monitoring maintenance schedules, and arranging repairs when necessary.
3. Support logistics operations, such as scheduling deliveries, preparing documentation, and coordinating with internal departments.
4. Prepare daily and monthly logistics and vehicle reports.
5. Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and logistics activities.
6. Assist in any ad-hoc duties related to logistics and warehouse operations.

Requirements:


- Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or related field.
- Ability to perform vehicle inspections and basic workshop coordination.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Possess a valid driving license (GDL added advantage).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
