We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support daily logistics and supply chain operations. This role is suitable for fresh graduates who are eager to learn and build a career in logistics, coordination, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily logistics activities including delivery scheduling and shipment tracking
Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Prepare and update logistics documents such as Delivery Orders (DO), invoices, and reports
Monitor stock movement and assist in inventory control
Handle basic administrative tasks related to logistics and operations
Follow up on delivery status and resolve basic logistics issues
Ensure compliance with company procedures and timelines
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Basic knowledge of logistics or supply chain processes is an advantage
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to multitask
Willing to learn and work in a team-oriented environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
