Position: Logistic Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

- Ability to efficiently coordinate logistics operations, including scheduling delivery orders, route and drop points planning, tracking POD, and optimizing transportation routes to minimize extra costs.

- To handle incoming and outgoing goods in Quantity Check and tracking transferring activities.

- To witness and assist during shipment activities such as packing, printing stickers, bar code scanning.

- Work closely with the Sales & Warehouse Team to streamline logistics operations.

- Provide guidance and support to the warehouse staff, ensuring a high level of productivity and adherence to safety protocols in managing incoming and outgoing stocks.

- Problem solving skills

Job Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.

- Minimum 2 years' experience in logistic or supply chain management

- Familiar with Ms-office, Excel & Word, Auto Count Inventory is added value.

- Outstanding organizational and time management skills

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Able to complete work independently, auto-pilot, leadership and good teamwork.

- Ability to speak Mandarin is a priority

Starting Basic Salary: RM2,800.00 to RM3,500.00 (depends on work experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
