Job Description

Job Purpose:

To coordinate logistics and store operations, including equipment handling, inventory control, and transportation of manpower and materials. The role requires flexibility to support urgent or ad-hoc operations beyond normal working hours to ensure smooth execution and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the movement (in/out) of equipment, tools, PPE, consumables, and accessories.

2. Receive, inspect, and record all incoming items; report any damage or irregularities immediately.

3. Handle issuance, packing, and storage of all store items in accordance with company procedures.

4. Maintain accurate inventory records, perform monthly stock counts, and prepare variance reports.

5. Coordinate logistics requirements with HQ and project teams for mobilization and demobilization of equipment.

6. Assist with daily loading/unloading activities and ensure tools/equipment are in good condition before dispatch.

7. Maintain records of deliveries, including project details, dates, and responsible personnel.

8. Drive company vehicles to transport manpower and materials between job sites when required.

9. Perform basic vehicle inspections and minor repairs when necessary; ensure cleanliness and roadworthiness of company vehicles.

10. Liaise with vendors and project teams to ensure timely delivery and collection of materials.

11. Support urgent or after-hours operations (OT claimable).

12. Comply with all safety, operational, and company procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

Diploma or Certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics, store operations, or field support.

Valid Class D driving license (GDL preferred).

Able to work flexible hours, weekends, and overtime when required.

Physically fit, organized, and responsible.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel or inventory software is an advantage.
