To carry out day to day operations and improve outlet's performance in term of sales revenue, cost control, customer's awareness and staff development.
Assisting SM/SIC on overall retail operation
Maintain all necessary documentation
Ensure pricing and display of merchandise items are correctly label and up to Company's standard practice
Able to understand the process of disposal and return of damaged stocks Inventory
Monitor and handling of housekeeping and the ordering process of outlets's stocks
Report to SM/SIC on progress and issues
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent services; mastering product knowledge; actively involved in handling customer's enquiries, complaints and issues
Provide solution to customers Ad-Hoc Task
Participate in any ad-hoc projects/tasks as assigned by the management
Requirements:-
1. Minimum Diploma in Business Administration /relevant field or equivalent qualification.
2. A minimum of 2 years proven experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a supervisory role.
4. Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
5. Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
