Job Description


:

  • Liaise with internal departments, customers, suppliers and freight forwarders to plan delivery and shipments
  • Follow-up deliveries and launch corrective actions in case of transportation issue
  • Ensure In stock & out stock goods code is accurate.
  • Other ad hoc tasks assigned (e.g. print stock list, prepare label for goods arrangement & etc)
  • Organize Waste Management for metal scrap and crates disposal
  • Facilitate stock take inclusive reconciliation report preparation and adjustment request
  • Assist in key in / key out export & local in stock goods.
  • Preparing shipping documents such as invoice, delivery order packing list and custom form.
  • Liaise with freight forwarder on freight and container arrangement to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Distributing dispatch list to respective department.
  • Taking container / cargo photographs before sealed.
  • Apply cargo insurance; confirm draft BL and preparing Form D and send docs to customer.
  • Liaise with custom department and other government agencies to ensure company comply with law and procedures.
  • Assist in Raw Material importation such as liaise with forwarding agent and ensure the import comply with law & procedure.
  • Check and verify all the freight billings.
  • Filling & documentation.
Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent.
  • Required Language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Minimum 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
  • Computer Literate.
  • Able to multitask and to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Able to work in fast paced environment and a team player
