Prior working experience in export documentation, SAP and have LC knowledge will be an added advantage.
Available to work in Public Holiday if being required (overtime/off in lieu (replacement leave) will be given)
Excellent hands-on skills with eye for details
Ability to work independently.
Positive attitude and responsible character.
Pleasant personality with a focus on excellence in customer service.
Self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skill.
Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties.
Able to start within short notice will be an advantage

Responsibilities

Send shipping instruction (including BL draft, shipping certificate) to carrier within KPI time frame.
Liaise with carrier for BL draft, verify and confirm BL with carrier.
Liaise with customer to follow up for any missing information & escalate ay issue related to orders.
Prepare draft of document (invoice, Packing list, COA, Insurance, COO, etc).
Send COO application to focal person in KSA after vessel sailed.
Documents collation for submission
