Job Description
- Make export booking
- Arrange for containers for export
- Prepare shipping documents
- Confirm shipping documents with forwarder
- Send shipping documents to consignee
- Apply ZPB for cargo repairing & goods return
- Apply Admin form
- Apply Borang pelupusan for scrap & waste
- Receive billing invoice and compile for finance department for make payment
- Renew cost analysis for preferential country origin
- Control movement of containers (import and export due to limited bank guarantee)
- Submit bank guarantee to custom
- Familiar with FIZ and custom arrangement
- Do posting after shipment shipped out (to reflect in system)
- Prepare label and shipping mark for export shipment
- Other tasks as instructed by superior from time to time
Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / DVM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level 5
