Job Description
Opportunity to work with a top tier company with supportive teams.
The Logistic Executive will be the focal point for overall Logistic activities including Export and Import. This person will be working closely with the Supply Chain team. Amongst the many responsibilities some are listed below:
- Have great understanding and hands on experience of the full set import and export documents.
- Monitor the shipment activities, customs declaration and Tax exemption
- Working closely with suppliers and forwarders ensuring timely delivery
- Responsible on analysing and proposing cost saving strategy on logistic spending
- Represent to communicate with the Custom and MITI department on latest regulations for logistics.
- Have knowledge on MIDA application (Lampiran K)
- To take on any adhoc duties given by supervisor.
- At least a Degree in Logistic or any other related field
- At least 5 years of working experience in handling logistics
- Proficient in English and Malay, good to have understanding of Mandarin.
- Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Office
- Independent and good interpersonal skill
- Detailed oriented
