\xc2\xb7 Carry out duties for the import and export orders following ISO procedures and advise on improvement process, if required

\xc2\xb7 Advise Internal Sales on the best packaging and container loading method, and coordinate with the forwarding agent to get the relevant documents

\xc2\xb7 Coordinate with local clients, shipping companies and overseas offices

\xc2\xb7 Timely and accurate update of data according to clients\' timeframes

\xc2\xb7 Organize transportation activities, including storage of goods, managing information accrued from point of origin to delivery, orchestrating transportation movements, and arranging as necessary.

\xc2\xb7 Coordinate and track the movement of goods through logistic pathways

\xc2\xb7 Executive logistics plan to move product and package to reach destinations on schedule.

\xc2\xb7 Review freight rates and other transportation costs to keep working costs low.

\xc2\xb7 Maintains quality throughout the logistic processes

\xc2\xb7 Ensure booking vessel space and sailing updates to our overseas clients on time

\xc2\xb7 Prepare, submit, and obtain an exemption letter from custom (LMV).

\xc2\xb7 Prepare documentation according to customs regulations

\xc2\xb7 Verify and maintain records on incomings and outgoing shipments

\xc2\xb7 Compile all completed declaration documents for the forwarding agent

\xc2\xb7 Maintain application of tax exemption approval within the time frame

\xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance according to the legal & regulations on reporting and declaration

\xc2\xb7 Preparing pre-and post-costing on the import shipment

\xc2\xb7 Assist and carry out other ad-hoc projects as required

Experience

\xc2\xb7 At least 2 years\' experience in Supply Chain and / or Logistics

Competency & Skill

\xc2\xb7 Self-driven, meticulous, and possess a high degree of initiative and integrity

\xc2\xb7 Strong customer service orientation, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills

\xc2\xb7 Computer literate, detailed, conscientious, and able to work independently and in a team.
