(Key Responsibilities): To study and handle document for application of regulatory product licenses and permits. Monitoring Malaysia container arrival by daily to ensure total container number in an optimal level. Oversee and manage daily operations of warehouse including daily container receiving plan, directing, controlling and coordinating. HS code checking of all countries before importation. Solve import/export or custom clearance regulatory issues. Handle export shipment to overseas. Work closely with government agencies across the countries to tackle compliance issues. Coordinate with other departments, logistics providers and shipping forwarders for smooth operation flow. Ensure all document is well prepared and update from time to time. Others duties as assigned Job Requirements Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or equivalent experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Word/Excel/Power Point Able to speak & read Mandarin, English, Malay. Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin Speaking Client Experience with government authorities and handling of customs clearance of import shipments At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required in this position High sense of urgency Good communication, planning, coordination and monitoring skills
