What you\xe2\x80\x99ll achieve
As an Intern Undergraduate, you will be responsible for customer delivery and/or compliance with import/export regulations, and ensures visibility and delivery of products from the factory to the customers as well as ensuring customer returns are transported safely and appropriately back to the Dell facility. You will work with variables team for process improvement and uplift capacity for cycle time improvement, delivery cost efficiency and reduce logistic cost per box.

You will:

• Drive the end to end Logistics operations from planning to execution. This includes driving the backlog and capacity planning within the warehousing, freight, call center/customer service and transport operations
• Set up and lead regular operations meetings with internal (e.g. Sales, Planning, Operations) and external stakeholders (various 3PLs functions \xe2\x80\x93 IT, Solutions, Operations). Follow up actions and maintain operations integrity
• Assist in the execution, development and documentation of key logistics innovation projects.
• Manage day to day logistic operation with 3PLs to measure effectiveness of operations, drive corrective actions and review feedback on recommended improvements if needed
• Support end of Quarter/IDC cut off activities including daily calls and inventory audits

Essential Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in IT, Supply Chain/Logistic, data analytics (Candidates with IT background and interest in Supply Chain are strongly recommended to apply)
• Internship starts in Feb/Mar 2024
• Productivity and excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail with comprehensive thinking around issues with details data analysis and proof data
• Knowledge of using MS Office, Excel, and visualisation tools (Power BI)

Desirable Requirements

• Drive for Result
• Automation of report via RPA (added advantage)
