Managing day-to-day Shipping Operations for the Electronics & Medical Logistics Centre.
Responsible for overall effective day-to-day Shipping operations including inbound shipment.
Provide administration support and coordination for logistics operation (included Shipping, Inventory, Warehouse & Distribution).
Responsible setup 3rd party Warehouse for storage. Identify and implement improvement to operational aspects within Third Party Distribution.
Ensures efficient and effective collaboration with 3PL logistics - warehouse partner.
Develop working relationship with all the external partners including Customers and others regulatory authorize, 3PL vendors, etc.
Selection of freight agents/ forwarders/ transporters and always ensure cost effective operations.
Liaise with Royal Malaysia Customs Department (RMCD)/ MIDA/ MOH/ MITI on Regulatory/ Exemption List / Duties and shipment clearance issues (Import & Export, Permit) including GST related matter.
Ensure compliance with international trade and Customs Regulation.
