Company background
A Singapore investment manufacturing of baby garment for export. Having production factory at Cambodia (Phnom Penh) and Vietnam (Dongnai). The corporate is located in Taman Universiti, Skudai, Johor. The working environment is having 98% - 99% of Chinese.Logistic Manager (Due Diligence)
- Preferably Chinese due to food issue if travel oversea.
- Salary: 7,000 - 8,500/month
- Outstation exposure. All the expenses covered by company.
- Corporate office 98% - 99% is Chinese. Not necessary to share with candidate.
- Report directly to Finance Director
- Have 6 members in current department (Malaysia)Working days
Monday to Friday
0830 hours to 1800 hours
1 hour lunch break

a) Plan and oversee logistics program, including incoming and outgoing delivery.
b) Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations.
c) Utilize IT system to manage stock level, delivery time and transport cost.
d) Implement logistics strategies, tracking the quality, quantity and cost-effectiveness of the
movement and goods storage.
e) Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes.
f) Analyse and optimize logistical procedures.
g) Ensure compliance with laws and regulations in all logistics operations.
h) Manage budget and forecast for logistics activity.
i) Lead and supervise a team of logistics staff.
j) Willingness to travel to Cambodia and Vietnam as needed to oversee logistics operations and
ensure seamless supply chain management.Role Requirement
a) Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
b) Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics management or related role.
c) Strong knowledge of logistics management for efficient and effective supply chain operations.
d) Proficiency in logistics software and tools (eg. ERP, WMS, TMS).
e) Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
f) Ability to manage logistics operations, including coordinating and monitoring supply chain
process.
g) Strong leadership and team management skills.Preferred Qualifications
a) Professional certifications such as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified In
Logistics, Transportation and Distribution (CLTD) or similar.
b) Experience and familiarity with garment factory and shipping process in Cambodia and Vietnam.
c) Experience with international logistics and global supply chain.
