Job Description

-To ensure compliance with LMW license requirements for the whole organization

-To ensure all the custom reports are submitted timely.

-Any other duties assigned from superior from time to time.

-Planning and coordinating logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.

-Managing the movement of goods from suppliers to customers.

-Monitoring and tracking shipments.

-Managing inventory levels and implementing effective inventory control measures.

-Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to resolve logistics-related issues.

-Implementing and improving logistics processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

-To manage the daily activities in the warehouse: to receive, allocate, locate, retrieve and issue Finished Goods.

-To maintain housekeeping standards within areas of responsibility

-To manage transportation / trucking of goods in an effective manner

-To manage warehouse inventory accuracy and integrity through system management

-To ensure all statutory of License Manufacture Warehouse (LMW) is fully compiled and handling yearly renewal of LMW and date keep for all the customs document

-Liaison with Custom on import and export activities, check for product custom tariff codes and liaison with customs for any procedure and queries.

-Oversees all shipping and custom related activities

-Prepare monthly and yearly report application to custom

-Apply exemption raw material , equipment ,finished goods and etc..

-Dealing with forwarding agent import/export and container booking

-CIPL preparation for all export shipment

Responsible for preparation and submission of various reports on time such as monthly LMW report, license renewal, annual report etc.

Responsible for LMW management & monitor the overall LMW process .

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
