Supervise daily warehouse activities including parcel storage, sorting, and dispatch to ensure smooth and efficient operations while minimizing losses.
Collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to quickly resolve delivery and parcel receipt concerns.
Confirm customer data accuracy to support timely processing aligned with company standards.
Generate and review detailed operational reports on undelivered items, exceptions, and corrective actions on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Track and report branch financial performance, including daily revenue figures, to monitor operational effectiveness.
Stay informed on current logistics technologies and industry trends to drive continuous process improvements.
Undertake additional duties or projects as assigned by branch management or supervisors.
Job Requirements:
SPM or Diploma holder in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.
Minimum one year of relevant experience in warehouse, courier, or logistics settings.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and other Office tools.
Good command of English; knowledge of Chinese is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and coordination skills to interact effectively with both internal teams and external customers.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and driven by problem-solving and operational excellence.
