Manage daily warehouse activities including parcel storage, sorting, and dispatch to ensure smooth operations and minimize loss.
Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams across multiple channels to provide support and resolve delivery or receiving issues.
Verify customer data for accuracy and timeliness in line with operational standards.
Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to undelivered parcels, delivery exceptions, and corrective actions for prompt resolution.
Compile daily earnings reports and monitor branch-level financial data to assess operational performance.
Keep up-to-date with relevant technologies and best practices to improve warehouse efficiency.
Assist with additional tasks and special projects as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: SPM or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
At least 1 year of experience in warehouse or express delivery operations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP).
Ability to communicate in Chinese or English is a plus.
Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Analytical thinker with a proactive attitude, focused on continuous improvement and achieving results.
