Job Summary:

LNT Express Sdn Bhd is looking for a motivated and organized Warehouse Operations Officer to manage and optimize daily activities at our distribution center. If you have hands-on experience in warehouse or delivery operations and enjoy streamlining processes, this role is for you!

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily warehouse functions including parcel storage, sorting, and timely dispatch to ensure operational efficiency and reduce losses. Liaise with customers and internal teams via multiple communication channels to address delivery or receiving concerns. Validate customer details promptly and accurately according to company standards. Generate and review detailed reports on undelivered parcels, delivery exceptions, and resolution actions on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Monitor branch financial reports daily to evaluate earnings and overall operational performance. Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance warehouse processes. Support special assignments and projects as delegated by management.

Qualifications:

Minimum education: SPM or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline. At least 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse or express delivery operations. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and other Office applications. Effective communication skills; proficiency in Chinese or English is an advantage. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and coordination abilities with internal and external parties. Detail-oriented and solution-driven, with a focus on continuous improvement.
