Plan and arrange shipment schedules for products.
Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, surveyors, and port authorities for vessel booking, loading, and unloading.
Ensure timely preparation and submission of shipping documents.
Liaise with warehouse, tank farm, and production teams to ensure product readiness and loading sequence.
Manage inbound and outbound logistics for both domestic and export deliveries.
Arrange and monitor trucking, tankers, and containers to ensure on-time dispatch.
Optimize logistics cost through efficient route and transport planning.
Prepare and verify Customs and MPOB declarations for palm oil products.
Ensure compliance with export/import regulations, ISCC / RSPO / MSPO traceability, and DOE waste shipment controls (if applicable).
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in logistics or shipping, preferably in palm oil, chemical, or manufacturing industries.
Strong knowledge of export/import documentation, MPOB regulations, Customs procedures, and LC handling.
Familiar with SAP systems and Microsoft Office tools.
