Requirements
Education & Experience:

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Professional certification in logistics or warehouse management is an advantage.
• Executive Level: At least 3-5 years' experience in warehouse and logistics management, preferably in food/FMCG industry.
• Manager Level: 7-10 years' experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of logistics, transportation, and warehouse best practices.
• Familiar with ERP/WMS systems, inventory control, and supply chain software.
• Good understanding of food safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).

Responsibilities
The Senior Logistic & Warehouse Executive / Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end logistics, inventory, and warehouse operations to ensure the efficient storage, handling, and distribution of EHH Food Industry Sdn Bhd's products. The role requires strong knowledge of supply chain management, food industry compliance, and warehouse best practices to maintain operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
This role involves strategic planning, operational execution, and team leadership to optimize cost efficiency, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain product quality standards in both local and export markets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Warehouse Management

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Ensure proper storage conditions to maintain product quality and compliance with food safety standards.
• Implement and enforce inventory management systems (FIFO/FEFO) to minimize wastage and stock variance.
• Maintain accurate records of stock levels, movements, and transactions.
• Conduct regular stock counts and audits.

• Logistics & Distribution

• Plan and coordinate transportation activities for local and export markets.
• Manage relationships with transporters, freight forwarders, and shipping agents.
• Ensure compliance with Incoterms, customs clearance, and regulatory requirements for export shipments.
• Optimize delivery schedules, routes, and costs while ensuring on-time delivery to customers.
• Resolve logistics-related issues, including delays, damages, and customer complaints.

• Compliance & Safety
• Process Improvement

• Ensure compliance with company policies, Halal, HACCP, ISO, GMP, and other food safety standards.
• Implement and monitor workplace safety procedures in line with OSHA and internal guidelines.
• Ensure proper documentation for audits, certifications, and inspections.
• Continuously review warehouse and logistics processes to identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities.
• Implement automation, digital tools, or lean practices where possible.
• Recommend improvements in storage, handling, and distribution systems.

5.Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare regular reports on inventory accuracy, logistics performance, and cost efficiency.
• Track KPIs such as on-time delivery rate, order accuracy, stock variance, and transport cost per shipment.
• Provide insights and recommendations to management for decision-making.

6. Team Leadership & Development (Manager Level)

• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse and logistics staff.
• Assign duties, monitor performance, and enforce accountability.
• Conduct regular training on safety, quality, and operational best practices.
• Build a high-performance team with strong collaboration and discipline.
