A Singapore-listed Malaysian automotive group, the company is actively involved in both automotive component manufacturing including NVH and non-NVH parts and the operation of authorized automobile dealerships for the sale of new vehicles from renowned brands such as Honda, Mazda, and Peugeot.

Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5.30PM Sri Kembangan

Job Scope

Oversee the full scope of logistics and warehouse operations, including inventory control, inbound/outbound shipment coordination, and warehouse layout optimization. Manage daily warehouse functions such as receiving, storage, picking/packing, and dispatch to ensure smooth and timely operations. Lead, supervise, and evaluate the performance of warehouse staff; provide training and guidance to improve productivity and adherence to procedures. Ensure all operations comply with health, safety, and regulatory standards, and maintain a clean, secure, and efficient warehouse environment. Develop and execute logistics strategies that enhance delivery timelines, reduce costs, and support business growth. Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to align transportation schedules with customer and production needs. Monitor and analyze logistics-related KPIs (e.g., delivery accuracy, warehouse turnover, inventory accuracy) and report insights to senior management. Implement and maintain inventory systems and logistics software to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of stock movement. Identify areas for process improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the logistics and warehousing function. Support the planning and execution of stock counts and ensure high levels of inventory accuracy and accountability.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related discipline. 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in logistics and warehousing, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to operations. Proficient in logistics and warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory tracking tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with transportation coordination and cost control strategies. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and make decisions under pressure.
