Job Description


Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate and manage transportation logistics for Southeast Asian offices.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners for efficient container movements.
  • Track and monitor shipments, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation and dispatch of crucial documents (BL, LC, Invoice, packing list, Form E) to Singapore HQ.
  • Process and manage purchase orders for the Southeast Asian region.
  • Assist in customs clearance processes for Southeast Asian shipments.
Perform administrative functions and other tasks assigned by leaders.

Requirements: * Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, business administration or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package including Excel, Powerpoint, Word, etc.
  • Responsible, independent and proactive individual yet able to work well in a team.
