Job Description

DUTIES



i. Manage stock inventory, including receiving, counting, labelling, and organising products in the storage area.

ii. Monitor stock levels and assist in stock replenishment, restocking, or reporting low stock to the relevant personnel.

iii. Prepare customer orders by picking, checking, and packing items accurately and neatly.

iv. Coordinate deliveries by arranging drop-offs with courier services such as J&T, DHL, Ninja Van, and others.

v. Ensure accurate documentation, including packing lists, delivery notes, and tracking records.

vi. Assist with basic administrative tasks related to order fulfilment and stock records (e.g. manual logs or basic Excel sheets).

yii. Perform any other related tasks or ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Education:



Diploma or higher qualification in any field.

Related Work Experience:



Some experience in logistics, warehouse operations, inventory management, or parcel packing. Familiarity with basic stock-taking, product labelling, and order fulfillment processes is a plus.

Additional Skills (Preferred):



Able to handle light physical tasks such as lifting, sorting, and organizing packages. Basic computer skills for recording stock movement. Good time management and attention to detail.

Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
