Assist in optimizing logistics operations, ensuring smooth online order processing, inventory upkeep, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Warehouse:
Responsible for organizing and managing the stock-in process of products from production.
Collaborate with other departments to facilitate the loan of products for various purposes.
Conduct monthly stocktake to ensure accurate inventory management.
Prioritize and segregate corporate orders for efficient processing.
Maintain systematic organization of all products with proper barcoding.
Conduct regular inventory checks to identify and address any missing items or discrepancies.
Oversee and manage stock of products for various locations (retail stores).
Logistics:
Prepare products for fulfillment of online orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Receive and accept shipments of samples or products from suppliers, verifying contents and quality.
Coordinate and arrange deliveries for corporate and boutique purposes, ensuring prompt and reliable service.
Customer Service:
Respond promptly to inquiries from customers via various communication channels.
Utilize phone calls or messaging platforms such as WhatsApp to address specific inquiries and provide assistance regarding products and services.
Corporate:
Engage with clients through direct traffic channels, primarily utilizing WhatsApp for communication.
Gather necessary information regarding client orders and requirements to provide personalized service.
Input client orders and details accurately into the company's CRM system, HubSpot.
Coordinate with relevant departments to confirm order details, shipment, and delivery arrangements.
Supporting the Corporate team with creating a database for new and potential B2B clients.
Maintaining the present B2B clients database with updated information and reviewing it on a monthly basis.
Requirement:
Previous experience in customer service, social media, and E-commerce support.
Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia
Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges
Warehouse or assembly line experience
Strong organization skills
Ability to work efficiently with high order volumes in a fast-paced environment
