To prepare shipping documents (Invoice & Packing List/Delivery Order).
To perform system activities for store & logistics.
Able to communicate and handle transportation arrangement with forwarders.
To plan, monitor and facilitate transportation and shipping operations to be delivered on time and achieve customer satisfaction.
Well communicating with internal and external parties to ensure all shipments are arranged, prepared, deliver and received in scheduled timeline.
Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and filed correctly for compliance and record-keeping purposes.
To perform system activities for inventory data key in & logistics.
Other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time.
Requirements
At least SPM holder or Diploma holder or other equivalent certificates.
2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Basic knowledge on Custom procedure, Incoterm awareness and understanding shipping & store process & requirements.
Basic Computer knowledge.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
