Coordinate the dispatch and receipt of materials and goods between stores, sites, and customers.
Ensure proper documentation (Delivery Notes, Goods Received Notes, PODs) accompanies all shipments.
Track and monitor the movement of goods in transit and update relevant stakeholders.
Follow up with transporters, drivers, or courier partners for delivery confirmations.
Assist in issuing and receiving materials in coordination with the storekeeper.
Update inventory and transit stock records accurately in the system.
Ensure correct labeling, packaging, and documentation for all outgoing materials.
Support periodic stock verification and reconciliation activities.
Maintain records of all incoming and outgoing materials, including delivery and return documentation.
Collect and verify Proof of Delivery (POD) documents and forward them for billing or recordkeeping.

Job Requirements :
Min Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain or any related field.
Have atleast 1 year of experience in logistics, store operations, or transit coordination.
Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply.
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with ERP/WMs System.
Willingness and ability to work night shifts.
