Job Summary To manage and drive all operations for logistics end-to-end processes. Focus on operations excellence and customer-focused supply chain solutions to support the achievement of the business objectives of the Company. Responsibilities: . Manage and implement logistics strategies in all aspects of warehousing operations. . Responsible for all activities involved in the management of product movement within the supply chain, including but not limited to product receiving, put-away, storage, inventory management, system transaction, product picking, moving, packing, and shipment etc. . Manage logistics service providers effectively and drive the performance of their resources to meet Keysight\'s expectations, Logistics WWKPI metrics target, Keysight Revenue target, and Customer Satisfaction. . Ensure 100% process compliance within operations, by executing its own proactive process control initiatives to spot and fix any potential risks to operations, which are vital to support Keysight\'s business growth. . Lead and drive process alignment/transformation/simplification emulating OTM logic and leveraging on OTM\'s functionality. . Adopt and build working cultures to embrace and implement an optimized and structured and sustainable operating model toward digitalization. . Establish a warehouse operating model that is resilient, efficient, robust, and sustainable to withstand any circumstantial environment or scenarios. . Work hand-in-hand to support any Company or Department\'s projects or initiatives to drive continuous improvement and towards operations excellence. . Fully accountable for inventory management and ensuring inventory integrity, quality, and meeting all audits and processes compliance. . Design and analyze operational solutions for end-to-end logistics processes. . Apply statistical and scientific techniques for achieving significant improvements in operational efficiencies for product quality services in warehouses and within the order fulfillment supply chain. . Analyse logistics processes by reviewing contractual commitments, customer specifications/requirements, or related information to determine logistics or support requirements. . Determine logistics support and infrastructure requirements, such as facility and layout details, staffing needs, workflow UPH, safety and maintenance plans, etc. . Drive, support, and coordinate new or ongoing programs and activities to ensure their successful implementation till operational stabilization. . Evaluate and review the effectiveness of current logistical processes and work closely with operation teams for continuous improvement by focusing on process simplification, standardization, and automation with less human dependency. o Operational workflow and time study o Inventory control and tracking system (FIFO etc) o Product put-away, storage, and retrieval process o Packaging robustness and efficiency o Equipment, and tools for goods/material handling and delivery o Document storage, retention, and retrieval process o Data analytics and information technology Job Qualifications . Bachelor\'s in Logistics Management or equivalent. . Typically, 5-6 years of relevant experience for entry to this level. . Team player, positive and proactive attitude, passionate for continuous learning, self-motivator, excellent communication skills, and ability to apply multiple technologies to creatively exceed the users expectations and drive business value. . Able to work independently, results-oriented with good data analytics and planning skills, mathematically inclined and strong in Microsoft Office tools and applications (Excel etc). .
