Job Description

Basic salary: RM2,500 - RM3,500
Duration: 6 months
Working hour/day: Monday - Friday | 8.30am - 5.30pm
Minimum experience: At least 2 years (fresh graduates are accepted but must have logistic background, fast learner and able to work in stress environment)Job scope:

• Manage services with L&S Product (sailing schedules, MLC planning, co-loader procurement)
• Update booking in execution platform, and send booking confirmation to CX
• Job costing of House (revenue) and Master (cost)
• Plan and finalize consolidations; book with co-loaded or carrier
• Complete documentation - based on S/I receipt from CX - with S/I and VGM to carrier
• Plan and coordinate value-added services Inland and CHB with other Delivery teams
• Invoice customer, manage exceptions in ICB and PTP workflows (based on job costing)
• Close file - Validate job gross profit by month end and submit to local finance/BCO (as per current set up in area)

Order hand-over point(s)

• CX receives, validates booking and forwards to Delivery who immediately updates in BluJay or CW1 and returns with Booking Confirmation
• CX receives, validates the Shipping Instructions from the shipper and forwards to Delivery

CX responsibilities and key tasks
\xe2\x80\xa6 stand-alone LCL booking from shipper:

• Raise request and ensure request for customer/shipper master data creation
• Place LCL booking to company\'s LCL Delivery
• Coordinate shipment order confirmation to vendor and coordinate cargo pick-up/receipt
• Receive and validate the S/I received from the shipper, forward to Delivery
• Issue resolution / Exception management with customer in case unable to have ready for export as planned

\xe2\x80\xa6 LCL booked by MbM (SCM or 4PL) CX to LCL Delivery:

• Provide periodic LCL volume forecast to LCL Delivery team.

Following from SCM Export point: \xe2\x80\x9cOrder/shipment planning as per SOP/IOP (both CFS/CY and CY/CY)\xe2\x80\x9d

• Place LCL booking to company\'s LCL Delivery
• Coordinate shipment order confirmation to vendor and coordinate cargo pick-up/receipt
• Submit S/I to Delivery
• Issue resolution / Exception management with customer in case unable to have ready for export as planned
