Job Description
Contract Duration: 6 months (renewable based on company requirement)
Basic Salary: RM2700
Transport Allowance: RM200
Insurance: AIA
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pmDelivery responsibilities and key tasks:
- Manage services with L&S Product (sailing schedules, MLC planning, co-loader procurement).
- Update booking in execution platform, and send booking confirmation to CX.
- Job costing of House (revenue) and Master (cost).
- Plan and finalize consolidations; book with co-loaded or carrier.
- Complete documentation - based on S/I receipt from CX - with S/I and VGM to carrier.
- Plan and coordinate value-added services Inland and CHB with other Delivery teams.
- Invoice customer, manage exceptions in ICB and PtP workflows (based on job costing).
- Close file - Validate job gross profit by month end and submit to local finance/BCO (as per current set up in area).
