Coordinate
air and ocean import shipments
across multiple branches to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
Liaise with the
Sales Department
to verify quotations and confirm rate validity prior to shipment execution.
Provide
tailored logistics solutions
and recommendations to meet client requirements and enhance customer satisfaction.
Communicate with
overseas agents
for shipment consolidation and coordination of cargo movement.
Collaborate closely with the
Operations Department
to ensure all shipments are properly tracked, delivered, and documented.
Manage
cross-trade shipments
, including job costing, invoicing, and documentation accuracy.
Maintain proactive and professional communication with clients and partners, ensuring all correspondence is responded to promptly.
Keep all data and shipment information updated within
SmartSheets
and internal tracking systems.
Support the
Sales Team
in quotation preparation, SOP development, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Assist the
Customer Service Manager
with assigned tasks and contribute to continuous process improvements.
Uphold a high standard of service quality and foster a positive client experience.
Requirements
Minimum
Diploma or equivalent qualification
in Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain Management.
1 - 3 years
of relevant working experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or customer operations.
Strong communication and coordination skills with proficiency in
English
(written and spoken).
Detail-oriented, quick to learn, goal-driven, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office
and familiarity with logistics management tools is an added advantage.
