Requirements
  • Minimum Education: Diploma/Certification
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in Logistics field
  • Good inventory and stock management skills
  • Area is not public transport friendly. Own transport is most preferable.
  • Will be working in a warehouse environment (may be dusty).
  • Familiar with basic computer skills, including Word and Excel.
  • Can speak Malay and basic English at least.
Responsibilities
  • Efficient support for logistics operations and timely record-keeping.
  • Organizing and maintaining documentation
  • Coordinating with internal and customers
  • Assisting in day-to-day operations, include record-keeping, data entry, and administrative support.
  • Print delivery notes, entering shipping and inventory data into logistics management system
  • Report generation - prepare daily/weekly summary reports on shipments, inventory, and pending tasks
