Logistics Coordinator

Job Description

This role oversees both shipments through Brokerage and Service Delivery accounts, assisting in all administration processes to ensure timely allocation of shipments to carriers and shipper POD, and managing the self-billing process using the CMS system.

Main accountabilities



Efficiently manage the CMS database, POD, and self-billing processes are kept up to date. Process self-bills, PODs, etc. Actively work with Power BI reports for all SD checked shipments, completing eye checks ready for Job File closure to self-bill status on a daily basis, with tasks to clear the report hourly. Effectively manage POD queries with Haulier & Shipper to ensure correct clear POD is uploaded to relevant shipment to allow invoicing in line with Business SLA. Ensure tasks are completed accurately within the stipulated timeline. Manage issues effectively, making sound decisions quickly and escalating to the Service Support Manager when necessary. Collaborate with colleagues in the Service Delivery team and across all levels within DigiHaul. Demonstrate effective organizational skills, possesses strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and independently.

Experience & Attributes



Minimum 1 year of experience in a transport or logistics administrative or operational environment. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Preferably have knowledge of CMS or transport systems. Excellent administration and organizational skills. Proficiency in English communication. Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of Power BI is preferred but not essential. Self-motivated with the ability to work as part of a team or independently. Working days from Monday to Friday, working hours from

1:30pm to 10:30pm

to support UK based operations and for training purpose (subject to change).

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
