Job Description

Project Management:


Oversee and coordinate projects from inception to completion.

Communication:


Serve as the primary point of contact for internal communications.
Facilitate communication between departments to promote collaboration.

Administrative Support:


Maintain organized records of project documentation and correspondence.

Problem Solving:


Identify potential issues and implement solutions proactively.
Collaborate with team members to develop and improve processes.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:


Ensure that drivers comply with company policies and standards.

Daily Task


Monitor the overall Truck movement.
Communicate with customer on Bookings.
Arrange truck for the Shipment.
Submit monthly KPI report to Customers.
To prepare presentation for Clients every 3 month.
Do a detailed trucking report for weekly billing.
Submit PODs on time to Customers.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Proven experience in an operational role, preferably in a supervisory capacity. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in MS Office and relevant software applications. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
