We are a growing company specializing in logistics services for tanker and lorry transport, particularly in the building material industry. In line with our expansion, we are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Logistics Coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor daily logistics activities to ensure smooth delivery operations.
Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to meet delivery schedules.
Prepare and verify delivery documents, purchase orders, and related records.
Track and troubleshoot delivery issues independently.
Record daily operations data in Excel worksheet.
Ensure compliance with company policies and authority requirements.
Perform multi-tasking and provide backup support to other functions in the department when required.
Requirements
:
Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 1 year of relevant working experience (experience in logistics/supply chain is an advantage).
Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word).
Be prepared to work long hours and remain on standby over weekends, when required.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday (normal office hours)
