Schedule deliveries in accordance with project timelines and site constraints.
Liaise with suppliers, transporters, subcontractors, and site teams.
Managing site facilities, coordinating deliveries for specific phases, and ensuring smooth transitions.
Ensure materials are delivered to correct locations and handled properly on site.
Prepare and verify logistics documents such as Delivery Orders (DO), Purchase Orders (PO), and material delivery records.
Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials.
Assist in sourcing transport services and comparing quotations.
Ensure all logistics activities comply with site safety rules and regulations.
Coordinate safe loading, unloading, and storage of materials on site.
