4. Job Summary



The Logistics Coordinator reports to the Operations Manager and is responsible to organize the storage and distribution of goods to ensure the right products are delivered to oversee the daily delivery/receiving activities including planning, coordinating and executing activities in a timely manner to meet business requirements.

5. Job description



Coordinate import shipments from suppliers to headquarters and overseas branch offices. Ensure efficient, timely and accurate preparation of import/export shipping documents. Prepare and check all import/export shipping documents to ensure that they are complete and comply with import/export rules and regulations. Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, and logistics division on container trucking and stuffing arrangements. Coordinate with internal Sales department on incoming goods arrival. Handle insurance, customer clearance and other import shipping documentations as required. To achieve on time delivery when schedule is assigned. To ensure delivery order documents are issued accordance to Sales delivery schedule. To follow the scrap bin to respective scrap vendor confirming the scrap weight.

Incoming Shipments



To ensure proper receiving and inspection of all incoming shipments with 100% physical count. To inform warehouse personnel to collect the items after GRPO entry. Any abnormalities stocks (Eg. Dent, discolour, crack etc) from incoming or outgoing, report to Manager and quarantine any affected items for shipment, and only release once QC is checked and buy off for shipment. To up keep and maintain records/documents of received shipments/materials/customer properties.

6. Job requirements



Diploma education or higher 2 years' relevant working experience in manufacturing working environment as Logistics Coordinator. Preferably male. Able to drive forklift.

7. Skills and Abilities



Good communication and interpersonal skills Meticulous individual with sense of initiative and able to work under minimal supervision Self-motivated with the ability to work independently under pressure and take up new challenges

8. Working Hours



Monday to Friday ( 12pm - 9pm) & Saturday (12pm - 5pm)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
