We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to manage and resolve work pool errors, ensuring accurate task allocation and project booking. The role requires strong coordination skills to liaise with multiple departments, support customer reporting, and assist in the management of the Team Play Fleet portal. This role also includes handling basic logistics coordination to ensure smooth operational flow and timely task completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Work Pool & Coordination
Review, identify, and clear work pool errors in a timely and accurate manner.
Liaise with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure correct project bookings.
Track and monitor work pool performance, ensuring issues are followed up and closed promptly.
Customer Reporting & System Management
Support the preparation, consolidation, and submission of customer reports.
Assist in managing the Team Play Fleet Portal, ensuring data accuracy, timely updates, and compliance.
Collaborate with service, operations, and project teams to maintain smooth reporting and communication flow.
Logistics Support
Coordinate basic logistics activities such as consignment orders, tracking, spare part movements, and delivery confirmations.
Maintain accurate records of logistic data.
Support ad-hoc logistics tasks and ensure alignment with internal procedures.
General Duties
Support continuous process improvement initiatives related to work pool and logistics management.
Prepare regular reports and updates for management review.
Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency.
