Job Description

1. Daily Operations Coordination

Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily delivery routes for all drivers. Ensure timely dispatch and smooth flow of goods from warehouse to customers. Monitor drivers' movements, delivery progress, and resolve any route or timing issue

2. Fleet & Equipment Coordination

Monitor lorry conditions and report any maintenance needs. Coordinate basic fleet requirements (e.g., petrol cards, mileage updates, GPS checks). Ensure drivers follow SOP, safety rules, and delivery guidelines.

3. Problem-Solving & Issue Management

Handle delivery issues (missing items, rejected items, delays).

4. Reporting

Prepare daily/weekly reports on deliveries, delays, and driver performance. Highlight issues to the Logistic Supervisor and management. Investigate complaints and propose corrective actions. Support urgent deliveries or last-minute schedule changes.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
