Manage and improve the efficiency of daily routine logistic and warehouse operation 2. Plan and coordinate shipments to ensure timely delivery to final destination 3. Develop, implement and review operational and logistic policies and procedures to ensure smooth daily activities and accuracy in receiving, storage, packing, delivery and distribution, manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency 4. Coordinate with overseas shipping agent on shipments and custom related issues 5. To support operation logistic, import, export and transshipment 6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and able to work independently with minimum supervision 7. Ensure accuracy of all vendor invoices and warehouse inventories 8. Support in the selection and evaluation of 3rd party forwarder and transportation companies, including drafting the scope of work to negotiate on the fees during the contract period 9. Update and compile logistics related report and Perform operational / Ad-hoc tasks as assigned 10. Minimum Diploma holder / Degree in Logistics Operations or at least 3 years of equivalent related working experiences and Must be proficient in Microsoft Office : Work, Excel, PowerPoint 11. Highly experienced professional with operational knowledge gained within the International Freight Forwarding arena covering road, sea and air transport 12. Excellent working knowledge of managing import and export of goods and associated documentation 13. Sound understanding or performance management and customer service as key success factors 14. Ability to work well under pressure and make quick, effective decisions 15. Maintain excellent planning, organizational and communication skills 16. Strong spoken and written communication skills in trilingual English, Chinese and Malay. Mandarin is a MUST as daily tasks and communication 17.
