A logistics service provider seeking Customer Service Manager & Customer Service Executives. Your new company Your new employer is a leading logistics provider with a strong global presence over the last few decades, and they\'re rapidly expanding their operations in East Malaysia. Your new role You will be pioneering the set-up of a new location in Sarawak to service East Malaysian clients on import and export activities. You are responsible for ensuring effective delivery of goods, by co-ordinating timely logistics requirements via cost-effective channels. As a branch manager, you will also coach and train your team, upskilling them in both technical and soft skills. What you\'ll need to succeed Willing to work in Sarawak. Working experience in service provider environment required. Experience in process & system improvement is required for the manager role. Direct customer facing experience. Experience preparing and reviewing import and export shipping and customs documentation. Knowledge in East Malaysian FTZ codes and requirements.
