Bachelor Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional in Logistics / Supply Chain Management / Transport Management / Geography or equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required language(s): English, Malay, Mandarin (to deal with Mandarin speaking clients).
Required skills(s): MYOB, Microsoft Office, data analysis, interpersonal skills, logical reasoning, problem-solving, time-management.
Ability to plan ahead and deal with unexpected changes.

Responsibilities

Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services.
Schedule and track inbound and outgoing shipments.
Assess and recommend ideal shipping methods, routing or carriers to meet necessary parameters, specifications and costs.
Ensure materials are delivered to sites in a timely manner as per clients' criteria.
Ensure the accuracy of invoice, shipment delivered on time and quality packing.
Respond to shipping complaints, lost items, and damages.
Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements.
