Job Summary:



The Logistics Executive is responsible for coordinating daily logistics operations, including shipment arrangements, inventory monitoring, and documentation. This role works closely with 3rd party warehouses, transport providers, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries for retail stores and e-commerce. The Logistics Executive also supports cost tracking, stock reconciliation, and reporting, while assisting in resolving logistics issues and contributing to process improvements to enhance overall supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee daily logistics operations, including inbound and outbound deliveries, inventory movements, transportation and distribution. Manage relationships with 3rd-party logistics (3PL) partners to ensure SLAs, accuracy, and service quality are consistently met. Monitor warehouse performance, stock accuracy, and order fulfilment KPIs with 3PL service providers. Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, marketing, VMD and operation teams to ensure timely stock availability for store launches, seasonal campaigns and peak sales periods. Review and validate freight, storage, and logistics invoices from service providers to ensure accuracy. Investigate and resolve delivery delays, shipment errors, and inventory discrepancies. Monitor and control

logistics costing

(freight, warehouse fees, customs, transportation) and optimize budgets. Prepare regular logistics reports (inventory levels, delivery lead times, fulfilment rates, etc.) for management review. Ensure all logistics activities comply with internal SOPs, government regulations, and import/export requirements.

Requirement



Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics, preferably in B2B and B2C. Familiar with

3rd party warehouse operations

and inventory management. Knowledge of shipping documentation, stock reconciliation, and logistics costing. Proficient in MS Office, ERP system and logistics reporting; experience with WMS system will be an added advantage. Negotiation, and vendor management skills. Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills and problem-solving skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
