Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in / Logistics and Supply Chain, or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience as an Logistics Executive Coordinator, or similar role.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Able to work under pressure, positive, self-motivated, dynamic, self-disciplined, and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Good knowledge of computer literacy.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, and Excel and possess good numerical and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to start in a short notice period is a plus (Immediate Hiring).
Key Responsibilities
Planning & Operations
Plan and coordinate daily truck and driver allocations based on delivery schedules and load requirements
Monitor fleet movements, delivery status, and resolve delays in real-time
Optimize routes to maximize round trips and reduce empty runs
Coordinate closely with drivers, branches, and customers to ensure service level commitments
Provide backup planning support during peak periods or staff absences
System & Tracking
Create and assign jobs in the system for all shipments
Monitor job progress until completion, ensuring accurate delivery and collection timings
Verify delivery orders against system records and ensure accurate data entry
Vehicle & Driver Management
Plan driver and truck availability and coordinate regular maintenance
Ensure driver compliance with SOPs and safety standards
Coordinate breakdown support to minimize operational disruption
Conduct internal safety audits in line with JPJ and ICOP requirements
Documentation Management
Monitor and collect Delivery Orders (DO) and Proof of Delivery (POD) within required timelines
Maintain organized records for audits and billing purposes
Track and renew driver licenses, certifications, permits, and port passes
Coordinate documentation for cross-border operations and special permits
Reporting & Compliance
Prepare daily and weekly operational reports (attendance, inspections, summons, forecasts)
Ensure vehicles meet regulatory requirements including PUSPAKOM inspections
Liaise with workshop teams to maintain vehicle roadworthiness and inspection readiness
Communication
Manage daily communications with customers, vendors, drivers, and internal teams
Ensure clear, timely, and written communication for operational updates
Others
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
